The Wire-Reinforced LMA ™ Airway
The LMA Flexible™ has a wire reinforced tube which allows it to
be positioned away from the surgical field while maintaining a good seal.
This makes it ideal for ENT, ophthalmic and dental surgery, or other procedures
where the surgeon and anesthesiologist are competing for access.
- Flexible airway tube allows greater access to the surgical field
- Minimizes physiological changes that occur during intubation and
extubation
- Intra-ocular pressure remains stable
- Mask remains stable regardless of flexible tube position
- Kink-proof even under extreme flexion and can not be crushed by a
rigid gag
- Can be used for tonsillectomy using a Boyle-Davies gag
- Smooth emergence from anesthesia
- Available in both reusable and single use versions
